Draft framework — not final service terms. RoGurd must approve the provider identity, governing law, service scope, payment terms, cancellation rules and dispute process before publication or paid bookings.
Support requests
A website request is not an appointment confirmation. RoGurd must confirm suitability, availability, session duration, price and payment method. You choose whether to proceed.
Support scope
Services are limited to the work agreed before the session. Some issues require an internet provider, device manufacturer, financial institution or qualified repair professional.
Customer control
Remote access is only used when suitable and with your permission. You should not share passwords or one-time security codes.
Terms to be completed
Business entity and address, governing jurisdiction, payment and tax terms, cancellation/refund rules, service limitations, complaints process, liability terms and effective date require review and approval by RoGurd.
