RoGurd confirms the appointment details and price before you decide to proceed. If the timing or price does not suit you, you can decline the proposed appointment.
Changes and cancellations
RoGurd must approve and publish its notice period, rescheduling process and cancellation contact before charging for sessions. Until those terms are finalized, do not represent this page as a complete refund policy.
Refunds
Because no payment is collected through this site, it cannot issue a website refund. RoGurd must provide approved refund eligibility, processing timelines and contact details before accepting payment.
