    • If you are not satisfied with your first paid session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
    • Refunds will not be issued for services already fully delivered or consumed.
  • Subscriptions:
    • Monthly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
    • If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged again.
    • Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not typically provided unless required by law.

4. EU & UK Consumers

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom:

  • You have the right to withdraw from any distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
  • If services were fully performed with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period, the right to withdraw may not apply.
